Our Responsability

We would like to inform you the actions we are adding in the matter of prevent contagius for the  Season 2020:

The entire team has been trained on current regulations.

The new cleaning protocols have been implemented with approved products .

The previously established hygiene plan has been improved for a more effective and lasting cleaning .

Disinfecting rugs have been placed in the main entrances, as well as HydroalcoholicGel dispenserslocated at the disposal of customers

Main floor spaces, rooms, pool and garden have been adapted to a new distribution, in the attempt to reduce crowds .

An express check in  process has been applied.

The usual Buffet has been slightly transformed into a new Buffet assisted by our staff,    with no loss of quality service.

The dynamics of exclusive tables for each client in the Restaurant has been organized.

The Cafeteria and Restaurant Menu Cards have been replaced with QR Codes .

Creating a kiosk for A new ‘ Take away ‘ food to enjoy service has been created focused in Appartments.

Microwaves  have been installed in 50% of the Standard Apartments .

 Special  hygienic delivery processes have been agreed with our food suppliers

Unfortunately, the Sauna and Jacuzzi area have been closed; Complimentary shower service have not been offered as well.

Cancellation expenses fees have been eliminated in all the reservations made directly with us (From date 10-05-20).

    • Placing disinfecting rugs in the main entrances, as well as Hydroalcolic Gel dispensers located at the disposal of customers
    • Adapting the main floor spaces, rooms, pool and garden to a new distribution, in the attempt to reduce crowds.
    • Preparing the arrival process for an express check in at the hotel.
    • Transforming the usual free Buffet into a new Buffet assisted by our staff.
    • Organizing the dynamics of exclusive tables for each client in the Restaurant.
    • Replacing the Cafeteria and Restaurant Menu cards with QR codes.
    • Creating a kiosk for ‘Take away’ food to enjoy in the Apartment.
    • Installing Microwaves in 50% of the Standard Apartments.
    • Agreeing with our food suppliers on an hygienic delivery processes.
    • The Sauna and Jacuzzi area will be closed; Complimentary shower service will not be offered.
    • Cancellation expenses fees are eliminated in direct hotel reservations (From date 10-05-20).
