Our Responsability

We would like to inform you the actions we are adding in the matter of prevent contagius for the seasson 2020:

Training the entire team on current regulations.

Implementing the new cleaning protocols with approved products.

Establishing an improved hygiene plan for a more effective and lasting cleaning.

Placing disinfecting rugs in the main entrances, as well as Hydroalcolic Gel dispensers located at the disposal of customers

Adapting the main floor spaces, rooms, pool and garden to a new distribution, in the attempt to reduce crowds.

Preparing the arrival process for an express check in at the hotel.

Transforming the usual free Buffet into a new Buffet assisted by our staff.

Organizing the dynamics of exclusive tables for each client in the Restaurant.

Replacing the Cafeteria and Restaurant Menu cards with QR codes.

Creating a kiosk for ‘Take away’ food to enjoy in the Apartment.

Installing Microwaves in 50% of the Standard Apartments.

Agreeing with our food suppliers on an hygienic delivery processes.

The Sauna and Jacuzzi area will be closed; Complimentary shower service will not be offered.

Cancellation expenses fees are eliminated in direct hotel reservations (From date 10-05-20).
